"Hello, I'm editing my short movie and I need two sound effects. The first sound effect is what they used during the "Bullet-Time" sequence in The Matrix. The other sound effect I need is the whining sound an antique radio makes when you are changing channels. Please tell me how, and where I can get them for free."
